ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ALLOCATION OF PUBLIC IMMOVABLE PROPERTY TO TOURISM INVESTORS 2024/1

According to the letter sent to our Association from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, General Directorate of Investments and Enterprises;

According to the provisions of the Tourism Incentive Law dated 12/3/1982 and numbered 2634 and the Regulation on the Allocation of Public Immovables to Tourism Investments, which entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 21/7/2006 and numbered 26235, regarding the public immovables to be allocated by the Ministry to domestic and foreign entrepreneurs in order to make tourism investments on them, the "Specification for the Allocation of Public Immovables to Tourism Investors 2024/1" prepared by the Ministry was published on 3/4/2023 in the "Announcements" section of the Ministry's website (https://www.ktb.gov.tr) and the applications will end on 30/4/2024.
