ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE PROCEDERE AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE AGENCIES THAT WILL HANDLE GREECE SCHENGEN VISA APPLICATIONS

Dear Members,

Regarding the letter sent to our Association by KOSMOS Visa Services LTD;

We present below the Greek Consulate General Approved Agency Acceptance procedures for travel agency branches and centers in Istanbul and its regions Çanakkale, Bursa and Trabzon: 
 
- Applications will be accepted between December 4 - December 15, 2023 at the dates and times determined by Kosmos. 
- Interested Agencies should send an email to the attached e-mail address or contact the call center. 
- Since the applications will be accepted within a limited period of time, appointments may not be made due to possible overcrowding in the last days. For this reason, we strongly advise you not to leave your application on the last days. 
- We inform you that applications with missing documents will not be accepted and no rescheduling will be possible. 
- Documents should be prepared in 2 sets according to the order given in the attachment.
